What are the main themes ?
The main themes present in the film were slavery, oppression , friendship , loyalty and fighting for freedom.The Structure of the rabbits burrows all showed a level of hierarchy and oppression of the lower class this level of oppression was varied from burrow to burrow in the film allowing viewers to see all extremes of types of oppression. Yet through the film the themes of loyalty brotherhood and trust are carried by the group of rabbits as they travel along there journey. I believe this film is suitable to a child over the age of 12, I believe at this point the themes and meaning behind the film can be grasped by the child and actually deliver a positive message rather than a disturbing scene. Yet i would rather recommend this film to young adults rather than adults as the films themes a
